The epi Bodies
The Institute is governed by a Council which is elected by its members for the respective national constituencies. The Council which is representative both of industry and the free profession generally meets twice a year to consider, debate and decide upon matters relating to the work of
epi.
The Council elects a Board which includes the President, who
represents the Institute, two Vice-Presidents, a Secretary General, a Deputy Secretary General,
a Treasurer and a Deputy Treasurer. The Board may include further members.
The President, the two Vice-presidents, the Secretary General and the Treasurer form the Presidium.
