The Patent Profession in the EPC Contracting States

Here you can get information about the Patent Profession in the EPC Contracting States.

All Professional Representatives, entered into the Register at the European Patent Office (EPO), are members of the epi. The list of these European Patent Attorneys is being maintained by the legal division of the EPO.

Furthermore the EPO provides a searchable database under www.epo.org which is being updated regularly (twice a month). Representatives who did not agree to the publication of their contact details are not recorded in this database.

Any request for change of details regarding business location, work place or other relevant membership details should be sent to both the legal division of the EPO and to the epi:
